Payment & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, and electronic transfers. Please note that material costs may be billed separately as outlined in your estimate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. We understand that life happens, if you need to make changes with less notice, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling requests are welcome at any time without penalty.
